Join Captain Charlotte and her crew as they explore uncharted islands, meet unique characters, and discover the magic of their world in this fully-scripted serial fantasy adventure! This engrossing story is a little more exciting and complex than your average story podcast and is enjoyed most by big kids and adults.
The Story of Captain Charlotte was created by Meryl and Marc Opsal, a children’s fiction dream team! Meryl Opsal is a child development and education expert, actress, and breast cancer survivor (she was actually going through chemo when they recorded most of season 1)! Marc Opsal is a fiction author and audio engineer. After publishing Marc’s debut novel LIFECAST, Meryl and Marc were looking for their next project when a long car ride provided the inspiration to turn real-life bedtime stories into a serial podcast for big kids that adults would love as well.
